Terms of Use

1. Who we are
“HunterTitan” (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an independent game studio. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our games and applications (each, a “Game”) and the website at huntertitan.com (the “Site”).
2. License to play
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play our Games on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license is subject to these Terms and to the terms of the app store you obtained the Game from (the Apple App Store or Google Play).
3. Things you agree not to do
You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of a Game except as permitted by law; (b) rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute a Game; (c) cheat in ways that harm other players, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems; or (d) use our Games or Site for any unlawful purpose.
4. In-app purchases
Our Games may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms — we do not process payments ourselves. Purchases unlock digital items for use within the Game and have no monetary value outside it. Except where required by law or the applicable store's policies, purchases are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple or Google. See our Support page for refund links.
5. Intellectual property
The Games and Site — including characters (such as Hunter and Titan), artwork, music, sound, text, and code — are owned by HunterTitan or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the license in Section 2, no rights are granted to you. You may use materials we explicitly provide for press and coverage as described in our Press Kit.
6. Children
Our Games are family-friendly and may be played by children. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for supervising your child's use of the Games and for any purchases made on your device. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle children's privacy.
7. Disclaimers
Our Games and Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HunterTitan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Games or Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to the Games and Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue a Game or feature at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Apple & Google
Where you obtain a Game through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store's own terms also apply, and the store is not responsible for the Game. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them as they relate to your license to use the Game.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where HunterTitan operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here affects mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
