Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
HunterTitan (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an independent game studio. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile games and web games (each, a “Game”) handle information. It applies to the Games distributed by us on the Apple App Store, Google Play, and on this website.
2. Information we collect
We designed our Games to work without collecting personal information. Specifically:
- We do not ask you to create an account and do not request your name, email, phone number, or address to play.
- We do not collect personal data such as contacts, photos, precise location, or device identifiers for advertising.
- Our Games generally run offline and do not send your gameplay to us or to any server we operate.
The only information involved is basic game state (see below), which stays on your device.
3. Data stored on your device
To make the Games work, we save a small amount of information locally on your device using standard on-device storage (for example, browser local storage or app storage). This may include:
- Your level progress and which levels are unlocked;
- Settings such as whether sound is muted;
- Whether you have unlocked optional in-app items (for example, extra time or a costume).
This information is not transmitted to us. It remains on your device and is under your control. You can erase it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the Game (or clearing your browser storage for the web version).
4. In-app purchases
Some Games offer optional in-app purchases (for example, additional time or cosmetic items). These purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play — not by us. We never see or receive your payment card number or billing details. When you buy something, the app store confirms the purchase to the Game so it can unlock the item on your device.

5. Third-party services
Our Games currently contain no third-party advertising networks and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not share your information with data brokers, advertisers, or social networks.
The app stores that distribute our Games (Apple and Google) may collect certain information as part of delivering and updating apps, subject to their own privacy policies linked above. If we ever add an optional online feature (such as cloud save or analytics), we will update this policy first and describe exactly what is collected and why.
6. Children's privacy
Our Games are family-friendly and may appeal to children. We take children's privacy seriously:
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children of any age.
- We do not show behavioral or targeted advertising, and we do not profile players.
- We do not include social features, chat, or links that request personal information from children.
- Any in-app purchases are gated behind the device's standard app-store purchase controls, which parents can manage using Apple's Screen Time / Ask to Buy or Google Play's parental controls and purchase authentication.
We aim to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the “child-directed” requirements of the Apple App Store and Google Play Families programs, as well as similar laws such as the GDPR provisions on children's data. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights & choices
Because we do not collect or store personal information about you on our servers, there is generally no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete. You remain fully in control of the on-device game data described in Section 3, which you can clear at any time by uninstalling the Game or clearing its data/storage.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell or “share” personal information as those laws define it. If you have questions or wish to exercise any right, contact us using the details below.
8. Security & data retention
Since game data is stored locally on your device, its security is tied to your own device's protections. We retain no personal information about you on our systems. On-device data persists until you clear it or uninstall the Game.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we add a new feature. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version at this address. Material changes will be highlighted here.
